Pam loved to talk on the phone and was the manager of Answer America for 25 years, and more recently A-1 Answering Service until she retired due to her illness. She was survived by her husband, Miguel; mother, Shirley Dearmore; father, M.L. Carter and his wife, Betty; sister Sandy Wheeler; 2 nephews, Ryan and Ty Wheeler; Ryan's wife Kelli and children Brenden and Clairissa all of Bakersfield; aunts, uncles, cousins, special friends, and pets.
