I went from Grade School thru High School with Marsha, I am sad to hear of her passing. I remember Marsha as being friendly and always an upbeat person, full of vim and vigor !

Services will be held Monday February 23 at 1:00 PM at Hillcrest Mortuary Chapel, for Marsha A. Sherwood, 30, who died February 18. Internment will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park. Mrs. Sherwood was born in Oklahoma City, and had been a long-time Kern County resident. Survivors include her two sons, David and Mark, both of Bakersfield; her parents, Toy and Emma Magness of Bakersfield; three sisters, Claudia Shoop of Washington, Rebecca Anderson of Oceano, and Toni Magness of Bakersfield; one brother, Toy Magness II of Bakersfield; and her grandmother, Annie Dumont Motley of Oklahoma.
