Mark and I were in the same homeroom. I even got him a busboy job with me at Ricebowl restaurant. One day he asked if I wanted to go down to the USMC recruiters.. He was going to take a test for enlistment, The smooth recruiter saw that I was just waiting around while he took the test and suggested that I could take it as well. Along with Daryl Jone, Dale Rosen and I, we all entered the Marine Corps in July 1968. Dale and I were in Platoon 1042. Got one letter from Mark while he was in the DMZ in Viet Nam. Heard he was working in Southern Cal when he got out. Lost touch with him after that. Jeff Leong USMC 1968-1972 Semper FI!
